As an international network we are consciously not subscribed in any
national law and therefore do not have a legal status. Yet, there are
local groups that acquired legal status in their respective national law.
WYC France is an “association de loi 1901”. The WYC group in
Karlsruhe (Germany) is part of the structure of the Local Agenda 21.
Members are free to found local goups to realize common projects. In
order to get affiliated to the international WYC network, they need to
get acknowledged by our executive board.
The first executive board has been elected in February 2007. Its
mission is to represent WYC, to develop the network and to
coordinate its different activities. They meet each first Sunday of the
month. If you want to get to know its structure and its members, just
have a look below.

In the future, we would also like to create a WYC Advisory board
consisting of former WYC members who became older than 35 and
of people from NGOs, international organisations or enterprises who
share our vision.

As a network we are or were working together with some other
organisations. These are namely:
- - Peace Child International
-
- - Taking IT Global
-
- - Aktion Völkerrecht / International Law Campaign
-
- - Youth for Youth Movement Sierra Leone
