In order to make the WYC network better structured and more vivid, some World Youth Citizens met up in December 2006 at the seat of Peace Child International in Buntingford, UK.
The hereby elaborated proposal was sent to all World Youth Citizens who could give their feedback. According to the schedule, an election of an executive board has been held in January 2007. Its newly elected members took the responsibility to further develop the network. However, the ideas, initiatives and active involvement of all members are necessary in this context.
For this reason we aim to organise some similar meetings in the future. To meet in person from time to time is simply indispensable.
